Before you start:

Each submission consists of an abstract (max. 400 words) of the contribution, and must be headed with the title, the names and affiliations of the authors, and the complete mailing address (including electronic mail address) of the corresponding/presenting author.

• Please use the MS Word or Latex template to write your abstract and submit the PDF version.
• The deadline for the submissions is: 1st of April 2025 at 11:59 p.m. 
• The acceptance will be notified within 2 weeks  from the deadline(April, 15th).
