Registration fees:

Full: 330 €
Students’ reduction: 280 €

The fees includes: participation to the conference, coffee breaks, two light lunches, one social dinner at the Foundation Universitaire.

Important: accompanying people to the conference dinner are welcome! The extra cost is 100 €/person, please indicate your preference in the “Special request” label.

In case you need an invitation letter to apply for the visa, contact luca.rossini@ulb.be. Please note that invitation letters can be released only after the registration.
